Hello, everyone. Today I will be reviewing Izzy Mattias Content Chest.
Now to give a brief explanation on what is a Content Chest created by Izzy Mattias.
The Content Chest is a course where there are topics and lessons.
It helps you to be a bit more organized in your blogging but also keep in touch with your readers and gain new audiences.
This review is my 100% opinion
1. What was your biggest learning/takeaway from the membership?
The importance of community collaboration. Although, I personally do feel like the blogging world is lacking cooperation and future guest posts. It is crucial for us bloggers to help each other not just to gain more audience and improve our DA but also to help us grow as bloggers.
2. What are your favorite features?
The content organization. I know many of us to read different blog posts about how someone is organized with their schedule. We all have different methods. Although, I’m a bit guilty that I’m not the most organized with my blogging schedule due to university and my 9-5 jobs this year 2023 I’m willing to be 10x organized with my blogging schedule. If I can do it with my artwork I can also do that here in my blogging world.
3. What did you like about the community?
Consistency is the key. I know there are days where we just want to be laid back and that’s okay up to a certain point but using tools like Buffer and/or Hootsuite can help us not to fully back down and not to lose traffic.
The difference between K-pop groups or any type of groups behind them is the teamwork of different agents PR to music producers and so on… Vs us that we must create our own hype. It can be tiring but nothing is impossible.
4. Before joining the membership…
Before joining the membership I was a bit skeptical due to the number of k-pop references, but overall I understood the connection on what the person was trying to say
5. Did the membership meet your expectations?
Surprisingly, I do enjoy how The Content Chest is easy to understand and it is super affordable and accessible for those who want to improve their blogs and their social media.
6. What can be improved?
Honestly, I think everything is good. I would say Arroz con habichuelas (rice with beans). It’s a phrase saying easy peasy. At first, it was full of k-pop references and I was a bit confused but over time I started understanding the connection and enjoyed reading about other people’s successes and learning about their mistakes.
7. Any other features you wish were a part of the membership? What did
you think of the pricing?
As I mentioned before, the pricing is pretty reasonable and I highly recommend it for those who want to improve their blogs (or any social media content) and a bonus for those who love K-pop culture (also K-dramas).
Content Chest gives many references to K-pop culture but if you notice closely it’s not so different from US pop culture.
Why are many Americans obsessed with the Kardashians and the Jenners? Because they know when to drop content and create these vast trends. The same goes for Taylor Swift. She gives several hints for her next upcoming album and everyone starts getting excited next thing you know your Twitter feed is full of Taylor Swift content.
As someone who has been blogging for years, I’ve seen my up and down moments in my blogging world. But in my last two years using my consistency I managed to earn a small commission and have a few gifts and sponsor posts not just on my blog but also on my Instagram.
Thankfully, Izzy Matias the creator of Content Chest helps me on gaining new information on how to improve my blog and that is something I have in 2023 on enhancing my blog from DA to earn more income and of course, gain a new audience.
