Hello, this post will be talking about my new favorite local coffee shop.
Rosado Coffee is the only pink coffee shop that you will find in Puerto Rico. Adding the fact that it’s a secret gem.
If you’re a local searching for a new coffee shop or simply visiting Puerto Rico this post might be for you.
Rosado Coffee is based in Toa Alta, Puerto Rico. Only 15 minutes away from where I live which is pretty neat. Inside of the coffee shop is everything you can imagine, very girly-girl and very pink. Perfect for a pink aesthetic lover.
My friend and I ordered the same signature pink latte. I ordered the pink latte with whip cream and plant-based. My friend ordered milk and no whip cream.
We’re surprised that it actually tastes pretty good. Adding on top of that one of the ingredients of their signature pink coffee latte has ginger giving a small hint of spice.
Their pastries are very pink and it was hard to choose one. In my case, I ordered one macaroon filled with white chocolate and a strawberry cheesecake.
The white chocolate macaroon is amazing adding that their pink latte helps balance the sweetness. I honestly felt that I was part of the film Marie Antoinette (2006) by Sophia Cappola.
Their strawberry cheesecake made with real strawberries is to die for. I would highly recommend their strawberry cheesecake.
My friend Natali ordered a chocolate croissant according to her testimony. It Tasted good and it got a perfect balance, not too chocolatey, just the right perfect amount of chocolate.
We’re planning on going back again. The coffee shop gives has a very nice atmosphere.
The staff is super lovely and again I highly recommend this place. Definitely a hidden gem!

Pink coffee sounds very interesting! My friend ordered a pink hot chocolate the other day so I’m guessing they are similar? Either way, super fun x

I want to try the pink hot chocolate even tho I’m not a big fan of hot chocolate in general but at least I can say I had an experience drinking pink chocolate.

Adorable! I mean, I’d give anything to visit Puerto Rico as such, and this café is sooo cute I’d definitely visit it. The cakes look absolutely delicious!
