Few days ago my mom gave me as an early birthday gift an eye shadow palate from Anastasia Beverly Hills that I was dying to have it since I heard so many possitive review that I knew that I got to have it because 1.) it’s from ABH 2.) the colors are pretty and 3.) I love Renaissance from both to history to art….and 4.) Cruelty-free
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette ($42) is a new 14 shades eyeshadow palette that launched in Summer 2016 which most of them are (what a miracle!) matte eyeshadows. I personally find it quite unique as it contain both warmer neutral to a stronger color.
The case is a pastel purple velvet. I love the case and I love the texture but the small problem is if it get stain it will be pretty hard to get rid of it but overall I don’t really have much to complain about it also on the inside of the packaging comes with a mirror so that cool even tho I rarely use eyeshadow mirror.
The palette also comes with a double end brush which is quite handy I personally don’t think it’s the greatest brush ever but hey it still handy tho.
I personally think on what makes Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette is fairly unique is not that it only have some bold shades of berry and orange but combination of the vibrant shades to the warmer neutral shades.The eyeshadow palette is quite buttery and it’s to blend the colors.Some of them are quite pigmented when you take them off some of the pigmented will remain on your eyes lids kinda like Lime Crime Venus eyeshadow palette.
