Pinrose secret genius review

Hi, everyone, it’s been a while since I have reviewed a product.

A few months ago my mother gave me a Christmas present during The Three Wise Kings day (Jan. 6) and I was searching for a good perfume that has a good quality and the price is accessible.

Luckily, I found a perfume that has been quite interesting.

Sephora was having a sale. I think it was an annual sale and I can’t remember quite well. Anyway, I purchased the Pinrose Secret Genius for around $40.

The Pinrose Secret Genius scent has a fragrance for warm and spicy but it is not overwhelming. It is subtle and not over powdering so it takes like 3-4 spray. If you’re like me who sprays on both wrist, back of the neck, chest, and hair then it would not bother you.

I got compliments about the smell of the perfume.

It is not 100% similar to KVD Saint Eau de Parfum which unfortunately has been discontinued but the Secret Genius will just do in the meantime.  One of the key notes of the Pinrose secret genius is caramel, Madagascar vanilla, and sandalwood.

Something that I do love about this perfume aside that I do find the price accessible. It’s the compliment that people give me about the smell. One of the random things that happened to me is during a Tinder date where a guy could not stop complimenting. Telling me I smell really nice. So for lack of a word the perfume does last long not the 8 hours but long enough for a date.

Adding a small side note for those who are searching for a vegan and cruelty-free perfume. All Pinrose perfumes are clean, cruelty-free, and vegan. The original price of the Pinrose secret genius is $77. Unfortunately from my understanding Sephora has discontinued the Pinrose collection but you can go directly to their sites.

I do hope that you enjoyed the review and try the Pinrose perfumes. They are quite amazing and switching products to cruelty-free is revolutionary letting the company know that they should stop doing animal testing.
